Harrison County, MO: This was the year that we thought we would see the end of the pandemic and that life would be returning normal. But little did we know that the Delta and then the Omicron mutations were on the horizon and might make the early part of 2022 as bad as 2021.
Yet we can pray that the new year will bring better news.
Here’s a look back at a community, the things that happened here in 2021, and the people who made it great.
January 2021
The Crestview Home’s residents and staff received the first of two Moderna vaccine shots, which hold a 94.1% effectiveness rating in preventing COVID-19. All residents and staff members who had requested the vaccine were able to receive the shot and everything went smoothly for everyone involved.
