Coffey, MO: A Coffey, Missouri, woman was charged with drug possession after a traffic stop on April 1 in Bethany. The Highway Patrol arrested Ruth M. Boe, 52, after allegedly finding her in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia while she was a passenger in a car stopped on 39th Street. The arresting officer said she admitted possessing three hypodermic needles containing meth and a baggie containing about one gram of meth.
