Bethany, MO: Utility decreases went into effect for Bethany on Tuesday, March 7, City Administrator Jake Taylor told the city council during a meeting of the Bethany Board of Aldermen on Monday, March 20, at City Hall, and will be reflected on customers’ next bill.
