Bethany, MO: Area residents gathered under the shade trees of the Bethany Memorial Park Friday evening to listen to candidates running for office in the Aug. 7 Republican primary election.
The only contested race will be for the office of circuit clerk and recorder of deeds between incumbent Sherece Eivins and Sabra Hamilton.
