Bethany, MO: Children returning to school received safety tips and backpacks on Aug. 8 during the Back to School Fair at the Bethany fairgrounds, sponsored by the Harrison County Health Department. Some 200 backpacks filled with school supplies were handed out to the children at the fair’s exhibition building.
