Cafe Dallas will become the latest addition to the square once it opens next Tuesday, March 19. Owners Dan and Ronda Greene plan to have a grand opening on March 30th to celebrate. The lodge-themed restaurant will be serving a little bit of everything, including keto diet friendly items.
The grand opening Saturday, March 30th, will follow normal business hours of 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Around 10:30 a.m. they will get their smoker going and be serving BBQ pulled pork like they were famous for at the Northwest Missouri fair this past summer. Son, Robert Huffman will be running the smoker and will also have brisket and smoked chicken breast with baked beans and coleslaw for sides.
