Blythedale, MO: Pictured above, Mya and Moxen Rinehart brought their calf to the Blythedale parade on Saturday. Pictured right, kids and parents line the street as the parade passes by on its way to the Blythedale fairgrounds on Saturday evening. Pictured center, some kids got to ride in a mororized bucket to the fair. The Blythedale Free Fair was held on Friday and Saturday. Several candidates for office took part in the parade. With temperatures approaching 100, the crowds sought shade as much as possible. The North Harrison Fire Department hosed down the parade route to hold down the dust.–Republican-Clipper photos
