View from the top: Mary Scott from Ridgeway, took this photo from the top of the Ferris wheel showing the lighted midway of the Northwest Missouri State Fair. Mary’s photo won the $50 first place prize in the Republican-Clipper’s photo contest during the fair. Check out the other winning photos inside this week’s newspaper.
