Welcome addition to the park: New benches provide a comfortable spot for visitors to enjoy the solitude of the West Bethany Park. The Harrison County Health Department approved a grant to install two permanent benches on concrete pads at the park. The park is located next to the 10th Street pedestrian bridge.
The Bethany Parks and Recreation Board has been working with the health department and hospital to add recreational equipment for the enjoyment of disabled children.
