A Bethany man pleaded guilty last Thursday in Harrison County Circuit Court to a charge of non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images.
William J. Madison, 33, was accused of posting nude photographs on the social media site Instagram with the intention of harassing another person. Madison waived formal arraignment during an appearance before Circuit Judge Tom Alley.
