Nail Excavating has built a new street into its property near the old Hub Club where the family intends to build cabins as Airbnb rentals. The plan is to have about six cabins in the vicinity of a lake on the property. Walking trails will be established around the property. There is a growing number of vacation homes for rent in the Harrison County area, according to Airbnb’s website. The Blue Sky studio cottage owned by the Jennings family recently opened in a converted small gas station located at 12th Street and West Main. Other properties listed include a rural retreat at Ridgeway, private rooms at The Lodge at Circle J at Martinsville, get-away cabins near the Harrison County Lake, a residential home at Cainsville, a private room at Gilman City and the Wolf Den Lodge near New Hampton.
