A scary good time: A horde of trick-or-treaters flooded the streets to enjoy the fun and festivities of the Scare on the Square.
Getting competitive: The crowd gathers in front of the steps of the courthouse for the beginning of the costume contest where they can win a number of prizes, from gift cards to scooters to bicycles. 
First Christian Church members were handing out goodies on the north side of the courthouse. Some 450 bags were given out during the event.
