Bethany, MO: The South Harrison Elementary PTO will hold the Under the Big Top penny carnival from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, April 19, at the grade school.
Students and their families will take part in several games during the event. Area businesses will be sponsoring the event.
