Ridgeway, MO: Travis Gilliland of Ridgeway was charged Wednesday morning with second-degree murder in connection with a shooting death of a Ridgeway man on Tuesday. Authorities said Lynn Trammell, also of Ridgeway, was shot to death in a confrontation with Gilliland on a property near the park.
