The Bethany License Office, 3105 Miller St. opened Wednesday morning, according to an announcement from the Missouri Department of Revenue. The management contract for the office was awarded to Gray’s Jewelry & Gifts on Nov. 28, 2017. All license office contracts in Missouri are warded through a competitive bid process. License offices are operated by independent contractors but overseen by the Missouri Department of Revenue.
