County man sentenced in shooting

Harrison County, MO: Avery William Cook, 21, of Eagleville, was sentenced Oct. 19 to 12 years in prison for wounding a man with a firearm in an incident that occurred last March on a road near Ridgeway.

Bethany, MO: The girl’s softball team won their home opener against Brookfield 6-5 on Tuesday the 3th. Ambrey Hunter stepping to the plate hit a big home run scoring 3 runs and ensuring the victory.
