Filling the bags: Women from Northwest Missouri Lutheran churches gathered 65 bags of donated personal items at their Spring Rally at Hope Lutheran church, Bethany, Saturday. The bags will be given to women and children in the Green Hills Women’s Shelter program.

Lutheran women from across Northwest Missouri gathered Saturday morning at the Hope Lutheran Church in Bethany to assemble 65 bags of essential personal items for abused women and children at women’s shelters.
