Two northern Missouri residents, Mark Henry Sr., 50, of Cameron, and his son, Mark Henry, Jr., of Lucerne, were charged in a 15-count indictment from a federal grand jury in Kansas City June 9 for their roles in a conspiracy to defraud farmers in 10 states of nearly $862,000, according to Tammy Dickinson, United States attorney for the Western District of Missouri.
