Wilburn was born January 20, 1948 to Elsie (Firebaugh) and Walter McAfee.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sister: Judy; brothers: Danny McFee, Alvice, Alvlin and Delbert.
Survivors: Son: Earl McAfee, Cameron; sisters: Janet McBride, Gilman City, Erma Eli, Gallatin, Bonnie Cottrell, Gilman City, Wanda Fisher, Gladstone, Donna Pickering, Gilman City, Debbie Boatwright, Gilman City; Brothers: Kenneth Firebaugh, Excelsior Springs, Albert McAfee, Gilman City; half-sister: Christina.
Wilburn has been cremated under the direction of Bethany Memorial Chapel. Private inurnment will be at a later date.
