Bridge improvements: A contractor has been working on a project to widen the bridge at Pole Cat Creek on I-35. The project is scheduled to be completed in October.
More trouble on I-35: Cars and trucks back up on I-35 after yet another accident at the Pole Cat Creek bridge rehabilitation project south of Bethany. A house trailer, which was too wide for the reduced lanes of the bridge, wedged between the railing and barricade on the southbound side, blocking the highway and detouring traffic through Bethany for about two hours.
Harrison County, MO: The southbound lanes of Interstate-35 were closed for the second time in just over a week when a mobile home being pulled on a trailer got wedged between the railing and barricade on Friday morning at the Pole Cat Creek Bridge rehabilitation project south of Bethany.
