Martinsville, MO: Robert Ray “Bob” Runyan, 69, Martinsville, MO passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at his home.
He was born on March 1, 1952 in Bethany, Missouri the son of James and Beverly (Snipes) Runyan.
On January 9, 1981, he married Vicky Lynn Cox in Las Vegas, NV. She preceded him in death on July 24, 2014.
Bob enjoyed playing cards and loved participating in horse shows. He worked for Wal-Mart and also farmed.
He was also preceded in death by his father.
Bob is survived by his son, Brian (Ammie) Taff, Cainsville, MO; grandsons, Doltyn (Brandy) Hale, Eagleville, MO, Jaron Steinman, St. Joseph, MO, and Lane Taff, Cainsville, MO; granddaughters, Brittany (Josh) Curtis, Gilman City, MO, Jessica (Brad) Virtue, Martinsville, MO and Ashlie (Josh) Vestal, Livonia, MO; brother, Melvin (Jesse) Runyan, Blue Springs, MO; mother, Beverly Runyan, Bethany, MO and 13 great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. There is no scheduled service. Cremation will follow the visitation.
