The Fountain has been returned to Allen Park for Saturday’s 175th anniversary of Bethany and Harrison County. The city’s emergency sirens will sound at 11 a.m. Saturday morning to signal the start of the parade. The celebration will be underway at Allen Park at 10:00 a.m.
