Emergency crews rushed to a collapsed building on Central Street, west of the post office, at about 2:30 p.m. on Monday afternoon. Fortunately no one was inside the building when it fell down across the alley north of the Bethany Building Center. Chuck Thompson rented the building from Richard Easton.
