Bethany, MO: A Bethany police officer responding to a report of a disturbance at a residence in the 2100 block of Fuller Street on Nov. 11 arrested an occupant of the restaurant for allegedly threatening a woman with a handgun.
Arlington E. Davis, 52, was charged in Harrison County Circuit Court with a Class E felony of unlawful use of a weapon for exhibiting a .22-caliber revolver in an angry and threatening manner.
