Bethany, MO: Leslie Groom, City Hall city clerk, stands next to the Mayor’s Tree. Deserving families in need of a Christmas are nominated and the gift list is placed on the tree. The tree is open to the public and any one can sign out a family to purchase present for. This year the tree provided 31 families and 87 kids a happy holiday.
