Putnam County, MO: Samantha Powell was appointed as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Volunteer for the Third Circuit of Missouri last week. Powell made an appearance at the Putnam County Courthouse on Wednesday, May 22, where Circuit Judge Steve Hudson administered the oath for the appointment.
