Bethany, MO: The annual Bethany Area Chamber of Commerce Easter in the Park was held over the weekend. The event drew in tons of people young and old that were eager to take part in the Easter Egg Hunt. Sections of the park were zoned off for children of all ages, but once the horn blew, a cascade of kids filled the area, swiftly snatching up as many Easter eggs as they could. The park was cleaned out in just a couple of quick minutes, and kids were free to play, eat treats, and have a good time.
Thanks to donations from local business and the Xi Beta Master sorority, chamber members placed thousands of eggs, along with candy and prizes in the park.–Republican Clipper photos, Brady Sunderland
