BETHANY, MO: Carolyn Jeanette Frame, 86, Bethany, MO passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Mosaic Life Care, St. Joseph, MO.
She was born August 13, 1931 in Harrison County, Missouri the daughter of Olin W. and Verda R. (Blessing) Estep.
On July 29, 1950 she married John Hamilton Frame. He preceded her in death on April 1, 1993. She was also preceded in death by her parents; son, Johnny Dean Frame; grandson, Tyson; sister, Mary Lou and brothers, Billy Olen and Vodra Estep.
Carolyn worked as an LPN for 30 years at Harrison County Community Hospital and was a dedicated farm wife. She was a member of the Mitchellville Methodist Church, served as a Mitchellville 4-H Club leader, and an Ombudsman to the local nursing home. She loved to travel including 2 trips to Israel, loved gardening and planting trees and enjoyed rock collecting.
She is survived by her children, Dave (Charlene) Frame, Betty (Gary) Holcomb, and Darryl (Tammy) Frame; grandchildren, J.C., Christy, Dallas, Jason, Ty, Straussy, Josie, Travis, and Cody; 18 great grandchildren; and sisters, June Shain, and Marolyn (Paul) Harper.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 3 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, MO. Burial will follow in Morris Chapel Cemetery, Bethany, MO. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home where friends may call after 2:00 p.m. Memorials may be made to Morris Chapel Cemetery in care of Roberson Funeral Home, P.O.
