Progress on new street: This aerial view from a drone shows work underway on the 30th Street corridor south of John Deere. The street will pass by Countryside East, shown at the top right of the photo. The Bethany City Council was told Monday night that the contractor, Emery Sapp & Sons of Columbia, plans to begin paving the street by the middle of the month.
