Paul was born on April 2, 1951, in St. Joseph, Missouri to Clarence T. and Ella Mae (Bell) Heintz. Clarence passed away on December 20, 1992.

Paul graduated from Central High School in 1969. He retired from the Missouri State Highway Patrol as Chief Commercial Vehicle Officer in 2005 after 33 years of employment. Paul was a follower of our Lord Jesus Christ, attending Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church for 30 years and currently a member at Frazier Baptist Church.

Paul’s interests and hobbies were vastly varied over the years. He enjoyed listening to music, singing and land travel. Paul led trips for senior citizens to Branson several times, to enjoy gospel music in praise of the Lord. Paul never met a stranger and enjoyed getting to know people to share fellowship.

Second only to God, was his love for Mary, their children, his mother and his grandchildren.
