Irene Shippy, 90 formerly of Bethany and Lamoni, IA, died Friday, June 23, 2017 at Southern Hills Special Care, Osceola, IA.
Irene was born August 2, 1926 at Princeton. She married Gerald E. Shippy in 1946 at Troy, KS. Irene was preceded in death by her husband, parents: Rex and Alda (Turrell) (Mulvania) Addison; brothers: Robert Mulvania, Richard Mulvania and Eddie Mulvania; Sisters: Kate (Mulvania) Swan and Grace (Mulvania) O’Neal.
Survivors: Daughter: Linda (Paul) Snethen, Des Moines, IA; Sister: Maxine Gorden, Independence; Brothers: Warren Mulvania, Bill Mulvania, Spokane, WA; 2 grandsons; 3 great-grandchildren.
