A preliminary plat for the Dustman Sub-Division in southeast Bethany was approved Monday night by the City Council.
The Planning and Zoning Commission met earlier on the sub-division proposal and submitted its approval for the project, with one change, to the City Council. Howe Company, which represented the developer, presented the plans for the sub-division on the former Hub Club property to Planning and Zoning.
