BETHANY, MO:Donald W. Jennings, 76, of Bethany, Mo., passed away Saturday, February 25, 2017 at a Mesa, Ariz., Hospital.

He was born August 15, 1940 in Bethany, Mo., the son of Virgil and Helen (Kerns) Jennings.

Don was married to Lou Booth and to this union, two children were born, Brenda and Joe Jennings. They later divorced and Don married Connie Rainey on October 13, 1992 in New Hampton, Mo. She survives of the home.

Don originally worked at Guy’s Potato Chips and then became a life insurance representative and was still working in insurance and maintaining several rental properties at the time of his death. Don was a member of Lone Star Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; twin brother, Ronald Blaine, and brothers, Billy Gene and Loyd Duane.

In addition to his wife, Connie, Don is survived by his children, Brenda (Steve) Wells, New Virginia, Iowa, Joe Jennings, Bethany, Mo., Kent (Shawna) Wilson, Albany, Mo., Kevin Wilson, Dacula, Ga., Ramona (Kevin) Caswell, Littleton, Colo., C.F. (Nicole) Rainey, Bethany, Mo., Glynis (Donovan) Nelson, Springfield, Mo.; brother, Max (Kathy) Jennings, Bethany, Mo.; sisters, Sharon Jennings and Joyce Ann Hudson both of Ridgeway, Mo.; 17 grandchildren, three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Roberson Funeral Home, Bethany, Mo. Burial will follow in Miriam Cemetery, Bethany, Mo. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Lone Star Baptist Church in care of Roberson Funeral Home, PO Box 46, Bethany, MO 64424.
