Samuel was born June 8, 1946 at Flint, Michigan. He married Karen Werkmeister, June 30, 1966. He was preceded in death by his parents: Aaron and Dorothy (Haines) Vaughn, Son: Jeremiah Vaugh; Son-in-law: Richard Lovell.
