New biologist for Harrison County: Jacob Swafford, the new soil and water conservation biologist, loves spending his time outdoors.

A new biologist has joined the staff with the Harrison County Soil and Water Conservation District. Jacob Swafford, who grew up in Columbia, Mo., is serving as the farm bill wildlife biologist for Harrison, Gentry, Worth and Daviess counties.
