HEARING

A public hearing before the City of Bethany Board of Adjustment is scheduled for Monday, August 22, 2016 at 5:30 p.m., at City Hall, 206 N. 16th Street, Bethany, Missouri.  Any objections should be presented at the public meeting.

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the request for a variance to the City Code, Section 405.120 Schedule of District Regulations.  This variance is requested by Cheryl Jones, for property commonly known as 2200 Woodruff Street and legally described as:

West Sixty (60) feet of Lot Forty (40), East Thirty (30) feet of Lot Thirty-Nine (39), Grandview Heights Addition to Bethany Section Fifteeen (15), Township Sixty-Three (63), Range Twenty-Eight (28) West, in Harrison County, Missouri.
