Karl Enoch Helton, resident of Cameron, Mo., was born November 19, 1954, the son of Lester and Esta Hill Helton. He died March 23, 2016 in Marshfield, Mo. He served in the United States Army. He was united in marriage to Terry Slover on Sept 18, 1976 and to this union were born two daughters,Angela and Allison. They made their home in Tacoma, WA. Karl worked various jobs throughout his life, his favorite being an over the road truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his father, Lester Helton; daughter, Angela Helton; ex-wife and friend Terry and her mother Blanche Slover and infant sister Ethyl Janine.
Survivors include his mother Esta Helton of Gilman City, Mo.; his daughter Allison Helton and grandson Ayden Hall of Puyallup Wa.; grand-daughter, Karisma Adams of Rainier, Wa., sister Keren (Bud) Godwin of Marshfield, Mo.; sister Denise (Russell) Taylor of Springfield,Mo., brother Jon Helton of Pattonsburg, Mo. and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Karl was loved by his family and his presence and ever present sense of humor will be very much missed.
No services are scheduled. A private cremation is under the direction of Holden Cremation and Funeral Service, Sparta.
